The location, shape, size and layout plays a part in the determination of a property’s FENG SHUI Quality. A good quality FENG SHUI property will support its occupants in their endeavours.
There are two main schools of FENG SHUI Studies; the Landform School and LUO PAN (Chinese Compass) School. The earlier school focuses on physical compliance with Landform Theories (XIANG) while the later school is concern with the study of Energy Flow (QI) of a property.
FENG SHUI Audit is for completed property. Both school methods will be applied in the audit to ascertain the FENG SHUI Quality, recommendations to minimise negative energy (SHA QI) and maximise positive energy (SHENG QI) in the property’s Key areas.

FENG SHUI Audit is conducted onsite with a site survey of your property. A Chinese Compass will be used in the process and the duration takes about an hour to two depending on the size of the property. A FENG SHUI Chart based on your floor plan will be used in the audit and explanation of the FENG SHUI Quality.
